I was a little underwhelmed with my latest box from Stitch Fix. Don’t get me wrong, it still had cute stuff, but 4 out of the 5 items just didn’t fit very well. Although the one item I did keep is sure to be something that has massive longevity.
It’s always exciting to see a Stitch Fix box on my porch…seriously, it’s like a present and it’s all for me! I don’t know about you but this time of year the boxes start piling up on my porch and 99.9% of them are NOT for me. LOL! So when I see that pretty Stitch Fix box I get all kinds of happy!
Take a look at what was sent this time…
- Tom’s wedges. bummer! this hit and rubbed right on my ankle bone. 🙁
- green light weight down jacket. Good timing on this one as I was looking to replace my navy jacket in a similar style like this one, only it was way too big on me. This fit just right.
- gray cross front top. I’m not sure if it’s obvious, but this guy was just too short. If I raised my arms even slightly it showed off the muffin top…not cool!
- dark gray “sweater-ish” tunic. UGH! I tried and tried to make this one work. It felt like a dream on, but pulling it down all the way was weird, and bunching it up accentuated my belly, something I try to never do. Oh, but it was SO soft!
Wait that’s only 4 items! Um….I must have not taken a pic of the 5th but seeing as how I can’t even remember what it was, I gather it wasn’t worth sharing with you anyway! LOL!
So when all was said and done, the jacket was the logical winner. I love the color and know it will get lots of fall/winter time use. 🙂
