I was in California for my sons actual birthday, and while we did celebrate with family early (cake a few presents), he still wanted to have a bowling party with his friends.
We’ve done a number of bowling parties over the years and honestly they are the simplest thing ever! Our local bowling alley makes the entire process easy-peasy. Call and book the date/time, order your cake from your local bakery before hand, show up on party day. That’s it!
They bowling alley provided all of the paper goods, the pizza and/or hotdogs, pretzels and 2 pitchers of drinks. The kids were divided up into two adjacent lanes and went to town bowling their little hearts out. All I did was bring a cupcake cake and throw together some easy goodie bags (a hot wheel and some candy in each bag).
My son was thrilled with his party (and his presents!) and wasn’t even upset when he lost every round. 🙂
Here are few pics from the big bowling party day!……………
I’d be happy to do a bowling party every year! No stress and affordable = relaxed mama 😉
