I will admit I am full on terrible at capturing the everyday stuff. And yet I love following along with the Day in the Life, style posts of fellow bloggers. So, here’s a few pictures that sum up my week so far! 🙂
Kids were off to my moms house so what did I do??? Clean the house? Organize my kids rooms? Tackle the laundry? Nope! Took a bath, gave myself a facial, and read this magazine!
OMG!!!!! We have tried everything known to man to get this groundhog to stop going under our porch!! Nick put rebar 2 feet down, along with concrete blocks, to keep him from continuing to tunnel. Well!….what did I see while walking up to my front porch…but the stupid effing groundhog found a way around. UGH!
I decided what to Keep from my Wantable delivery. If you missed any of my style reviews check them out here…
HAHA! When I looked up from my book (The Wife Between Us: A Novel), what did I see but two of my cats stalking me. I don’t know what Harriet and Hunter wanted but they wanted something! Don’t mind Ozzie in the background, that’s just how he sleeps…he’s ultra chill!
Not sure if you know this but…..I HATE my microwave!! It was a super cheapy that we bought when we moved into this house 18 months ago. We intended to install a nice built in microwave, above the stove, soon after we got settled. sigh. Here we are all these months later and I’m still dealing with this monster. By the way that’s Joshua’s clam chowder…it exploded all over the inside…after only being in there for 30 seconds. #eyeroll
Sarah was accepted into George Mason’s National Youth Leadership Forum. For a week in the summer, she will be attending classes and listening to speakers (like Supreme Court Justices!) while getting a taste of college dorm life. Fun!
I talked about my make-up favorites HERE. Seriously, that Crabtree & Evelyn Citron & Coriander Hand Therapy, 3.45 oz. is to die for…it smells SO good.
I got to hang out with this cutie dancer at her Ballet and Tap class.
My lovely Sarah attending a Roaring 20’s themed birthday party. It was one of those murder mystery things. Sarah’s character was a bartender. Spoiler alert!….she WASN’T the killer 😉
And finally, here’s a Thursday Throwback! Oh my…what is happening with my hair?! Why is it so big?! Why is it so triangular?! Are those white pants I’m wearing?! There is just so much wrong with this! LOL! I’m roughly 15 years old in this picture and those are the cuties I used to babysit. By the way….that tiny baby girl I’m holding? She just had HER first baby!!?? WHAT??? I cannot be that old!!
HAPPY THURSDAY EVERYONE!

Fun reading and seeing your week. Glad you spent your free time relaxing. I had a great “kid fix”. By the way, Josh informed me that he is “not a fan of pasta” as I was putting it on the table. I sure do love those 4 cuties!
Tina Anthis
He’s not a fan of a lot of things these days!
