Stitch Fix- July Review

July 19, 2018 by Tina Anthis

It’s July…time for a new Stitch Fix review. This delivery snuck up on me! I mean I knew it was coming, but I hadn’t updated my note to my stylist to let her know if there was anything specific I was on the look out for. But it didn’t matter…this box was pretty good!

It was such a good mail day…I got a Stitch Fix box AND a box of supplies from Grove Collaborative. If you need a refresher on Grove and how it works…go here. Here’s a peek into my latest delivery from Grove…

Ok, Back to Stitch Fix…

stitch fix

  • This top was so close to being a keeper! In fact I had already sealed up the return bag and hug this top in my closet. BUT the more I though about it, I realized that I just won’t get enough wear out of it to justify the $50ish dollar price tag. So I reopened the bag and swapped it out for….
stitch fix stripe tank
stitch fix

  • This striped tank top. Super soft fabric, cute tie back and I didn’t have anything like it already.

stitch fix romper

  • This was romper number one in this particular delivery. I SO wanted to love it…the fabric was smooth like butter, the print was fun, the back was cute and different BUT it had that darn suplice neckline that always seems to allow one of my boobs to roam free…trust me…that is NOT a good look! LOL!
stitch fix

  • This romper fit fine, but it was nothing special. I have two other black rompers already so while I thought it was cute and comfy it didn’t make the cut.

Okay, the other items in the box weren’t picture worthy…a weird fitting pair of twill shorts, a racer back blue top and a sundress that had way to much fabric…like 5 yards too much! haha!

All in all, I ended up keeping only the striped tank, but I’m quite pleased with it and have already worn it several times. 🙂

If you are looking for other style delivery reviews, check out my fashion page, where, besides Stitch Fix, I discuss Trunk Club and Wantable.
