Gift Ideas for Teachers

May 18, 2018 by Tina Anthis

It’s coming to the end of another school year. You know what that means…it’s time to show our utmost appreciation to those that put up with love and nurture our children. 🙂 Check out my roundup of Teacher Gift Ideas!

I have a confession to make…I’m a gift card person. Yes, it’s true. I know that some think they are impersonal but I love giving the recipient loads of options. 🙂 Now don’t get me wrong there is nothing I love more than to wrap up a gift all pretty, but for people I don’t really know, gift cards are the way to go! As a former teacher I try to keep in mind the types of things I would have loved to receive from my students and families. Yes, yes, those mugs with candy are welcomed and appreciated, but come on, we can do better than that!

Ok, so now you know I love to give the gift cards but what I don’t love is just sticking them in an envelope, especially if they are still in their annoying original, paper packaging. #boring. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite ways to present gift cards to my kids teachers that are “pinterest” cute but not overly crafty! In fact most of them simply require you to print them out and attach the gift card. Does it really get any easier than that? I don’t think so!

Teacher Gifts

I’ve personally used the Target printable from this link before. So cute! I’m tucking that movie one away for next year!

I used the Amazon and Starbucks  printables this year.

Do you have a large number of teachers to buy for? Are you a fan of puns? Then the following ideas are for you! While I don’t tend to use puns in everyday life (like someone I know…I’m looking at you Sarah!) I do love to utilize them for occasions such as this! haha! Cute and easy!
