Wantable Review

June 11, 2018 by Tina Anthis

After I returned my entire April shipment from Wantable I was hesitant to get another. But, I figured, maybe it was just a fluke. I went ahead and had another delivery sent. It arrived yesterday…

Wantable

With every Wantable delivery, you can make notes to your stylist ahead of time so that she has some idea of what you are on the lookout for. You can also link any Pinterest Style pages you may have…visuals are always a good thing!

This month I mentioned I was still on the lookout for shorts, light weight tops and rompers. And…I got exactly that! Here’s what was in the box…

Striped Short Sleeve Top
Navy Romper
Navy Racer Back Top

Olive Green Shorts
Gray Top
White Shorts

Wantable
Cropped Jeans

I had super high hopes for this romper. The fabric felt amazing, it had cold shoulder sleeves, a tie back…but…it has a suplice top, UGH! I can rarely do this type of top, I’m just too chesty and that makes it a wardrobe malfunction just waiting to happen! LOL! Turns out the rise was too short as well. Bummer!

Wantable

Besides the romper I was attracted right away to the gray top and navy racer back top. Here are a few dressing room bathroom…shots (who am I kidding my bathroom IS my dressing room! LOL!)

White Shorts w/Navy Racer Back
Olive Shorts w/navy tank I already own

Super awkward pic of Cropped Jeans

Turns out the racer back has a lame “boob pocket”. Why??!! Why do designers put a useless, floppy pocket on these types of tops?? I will never understand it. The gray top was nothing special, the white shorts were ok, but just not something I could see myself getting tons of use out of. I liked the cropped jeans and probably would have kept them, even though I don’t really need them, but…they were $128! Haha! not happening! Turns out I kept the Olive Green Cargo Shorts. They are SO comfortable, I don’t have anything like them and the large pockets are a bonus. 🙂 Everything else went back. So, does that make this delivery a boom or a bust? If I only end up keeping even just one item I consider it a boom. I’m not looking to own tons of clothes so what I do own I want to be stuff I really love and that I’ll get lots of use out of. So yay for Wantable redeeming themselves! 😉

(P.S. Wondering what that gadget on my mirror is? It’s a teeth brushing timer! I reviewed it here. My kids love it!)
