Wantable vs. Trunk Club vs. Stitch Fix!…So many style delivery companies are available now, its getting hard to know which one might be right for you. I received a mailer giving me 50% off the usual $20 styling fee at Wantable.com so I zipped over and signed right up.:)
I recently did a direct comparison between Trunk Club and Stitch Fix. If you want to see my thoughts… Click Here.
This is what the Wantable box looked like upon arrival. I opened it and…
This is What I Found Inside…
The box was smaller than either Trunk Club or Stitch Fix, but there weren’t any shoes included so that likely explains the size difference. Inside was a colorful description of how Wantable works, a style guide, with prices and a return (postage paid) envelope. Seven items of clothing were included. One pair of jeans, five tops and one cardigan.
Of Course I Had to Try Everything On. Which is Your Favorite?
Please pardon my terrible selfies! If you ever wanted to see my bathroom…now’s your chance! LOL! #letshopeitsclean
This is what I decided to keep
Actually I want YOUR opinion on what I should keep! Thoughts?? I have until Friday to decide!
I’m Assuming You Want to Know the Prices…Here’s the Breakdown…
My Thought’s on Quality
I thought the quality was totally on par with both Trunk Club and Stitch Fix. Nothing felt cheap or flimsy. Everything was exactly the right the size…love that!
Would I use Them Again?
I would! I’ll tell you, I was really skeptical of this one…not really sure why, although I think the name might have something to do with it…Wantable is an odd name and while Trunk Club sends a TRUNK, and Stitch Fix sends you a FIX, Wantable sends you an EDIT. I think using the word EDIT is weird. But it’s a good thing it didn’t keep me from ordering as I was pleasantly surprised. I think the stylist took my notes and my Pinterest Style Board into account and really chose the items well…except that slouchy pocket tee! We’ll just pretend that the stylist had some sort of out of body experience when she picked that for my Edit. 😉
Here’s a quick, side by side comparison of the three Style Companies I’ve tried so far…
Name # of Items included Entire Box Price Average per item price
Wantable 7 $365 (20% 5 or more items) $52
Trunk Club 7 $620 $88
Stitch Fix 5 $288 (20% off entire box) $58
All of the companies offer free shipping and free returns. Wantable and Trunk Club give you 5 days to think about and then return any unwanted items. Stitch Fix only gives you 3. All have a “styling fee” ranging between $20-25. They all put your styling fee towards any purchase. If you choose to return all of the items you forfeit the fee. Trunk Club is the only one of the three that offers a preview of your items before they ship. The other two are total surprises!
So…Which is My Favorite Style Service?
Honestly, I’m thinking I will use all three! I can’t think of a better way to get lots of variety in my closet! Especially as we come into Summer….I will need all new shorts and tees. I can’t wait to see what shows up on my doorstep! 🙂
If you are interested in trying Wantable, or any of the other companies please consider using these links. It won’t cost you any more but will provide a small credit to my accounts. Thanks!

I love the double V and ruffle sleeve. The jeans are also keepers! I’m with you on the pocket…but I do really like the color of that top. I’m partial to pink, though! 😉
Tina Anthis
Thanks for your votes! I love pink too! But this was such a weird shade…it’s like it was sun bleached…ick!

I think the gray top, burgundy cardigan, and jeans all look great on you!

I really like the jeans too 🙂
